Let's say that if I have Auto exposure and auto focus on you can see it goes really light and it does not like the lighting in this room if I disable those then I can change the exposure to my liking say about there and then make sure I've got it focused and once I think I've got a good focus I can come over to photobooth and take the picture and. This is a free alternative there is an eight dollar application you can download that will let you configure everything about your webcam but if you just want it to look you know visible then all you need to do is download the app in the description and it's for cam holder but we're just using the app and then go ahead and open both photobooth and the cam holder app up and you should see here it says auto exposure and auto focus make sure those are unchecked and then you can change these to your liking and use photobooth to take the pictures.
